Battery Location on a Lexus CT 200h
The battery on a Lexus CT 200h is located in two different places. The standard battery is located under the hood in the engine compartment. The traction battery, which is the hybrid battery, is located under the cargo floor on the passenger’s side, slightly skewed between the wheel arches. To access the traction battery, you would need to remove the floor mat and the floor panel in the trunk, which will expose the spare tire and tool area. Then, on the passenger’s side, you can remove the foam inserts to access the battery.
Please note that the standard battery under the hood is separate from the hybrid battery used for the hybrid system.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
