Acura TLX Redesign
Acura changed the TLX with a redesign for the 2021 model year. The 2021 TLX features a powerful new, turbocharged four-cylinder engine and available Super Handling All-Wheel Drive (SH-AWD). Additionally, a racy Acura TLX Type S version was introduced in Spring 2021. The second generation of the TLX started from a blank sheet of paper, with a new platform, and the 2021 model was wider and longer than its predecessor. The 2024 TLX received a mid-life refresh, with the range being streamlined, the Technology Package now coming standard, and the infotainment screen expanding to 12.3 inches. The 2024 TLX also features a direct injected 272-HP VTEC turbocharged engine and a 10-speed transmission for quicker acceleration, sharper throttle response, and seamless gear changes.
