Additionally, the Ford Connected Charge Station, which is a 48-amp charging station, must be hardwired on a dedicated 60-amp circuit and can deliver 11.3 kW to the Lightning.
The Ford Lightning also supports dual plug capability for charging, allowing for 120V power with a standard household AC power outlet and 240V power with a NEMA 14-50 power outlet, with the latter being recommended for daily use.
