To turn off rain-sensing wipers on a Chevy Tahoe, you can follow these steps:
1. Move the windshield wiper lever to the AUTO position. This will activate the rain-sensing feature and the Driver Information Center will display that Rainsense is enabled.
2. To disable the rain-sensing feature, simply move the lever out of the AUTO position. This will cancel Rainsense and the wipers will no longer automatically adjust to the rain.
It’s important to note that when the vehicle is in NEUTRAL, the Rainsense feature automatically disables to prevent the wipers from activating in an automatic car wash.
Please keep in mind that these instructions are specific to the Chevy Tahoe model. If you have a different vehicle, the process may vary.
