To open the bonnet on a Ford Freestyle, you can follow these steps:
1. Make sure the handbrake is on and the ignition is turned off.
2. Allow the engine to cool for about 10 minutes.
3. Reach under the dash and pull the lever to release the bonnet latch .
4. The bonnet will pop open.
