The Toyota Corolla does not come with a built-in GPS navigation system. None of the versions of the Toyota Corolla have a GPS navigation system as a standard feature. However, it is worth noting that some higher trim levels of the Corolla, such as the XLE and XSE, offer an optional Entune Premium Audio system with dynamic navigation. This system allows you to connect your smartphone’s internet connection and data plan to access navigation features. Additionally, there are aftermarket options available, such as the Scout GPS Link app, which can be installed on the multimedia display of your Toyota vehicle.

You regularly drive to new areas for appointments
If you’re venturing into areas that you aren’t familiar with, a navigation system can keep you from having to worry about not recognizing the roads or route you’re traveling.
Sat nav and infotainment
The screen resolution isn’t hugely impressive, though, and the graphics for the standard navigation system are rather basic. The operating system is far more intuitive than the Golf’s but still some way behind the best in this car class, including the BMW 1 Series set-up.
Entune audio with connected navigation comes standard on Corolla L, LE, LE Eco and SE.
x-touch Sat Nav can be accessed by tapping Connection and then Navi. To enter the Satnav menu screen tap the menu icon. To set a route, tap Drive To and put in either address or Postcode to get your desired location.
Dynamic Navigation uses the most up-to-date maps, routes and points of interest. Newly built roads, landmarks & destinations are automatically added. Dynamic Navigation does not rely on your personal cell phone data.
Dynamic Nav is free for three three years. Then it’s $169 for two years. The service is map updates over the air, provided by the cellular data modem built into the car. If you don’t pay for it, the navigation system continues to work fine, it’s just that the map data stops updating.
Yes. An active Drive Connect subscription is needed to utilize the Cloud Navigation, Intelligent Assistant, Destination Assist features with your vehicle.
