They’re a good engine personally I’d always take the 2.0d it’s only a smidge worse on fuel & overall better suited to the Focus but reliability wise there’s no reason not to buy one. I had a 2016 as a courtesy car for a few weeks. It was outrageously good on fuel and fine on the mway. Was a nice everyday steer.
