Toyota Cressida and Manual Transmission
The Toyota Cressida was available with both manual and automatic transmissions. When it was introduced in December 1976, it had the carbureted 2.6 liter straight 6 engine and a choice of manual or automatic transmission. However, from 1978 onwards, North American models had the fuel-injected version of the 2.6 liter straight 6 and standard automatic transmission.
So, the Toyota Cressida did come in a manual transmission option.
